HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE :
For deliveries in metropolitan France, returns are free thanks to the Colissimo Return Voucher available in your customer area.
Step 1 :
Log in to your account on tartine-et-chocolat.com and go to your "Customer Account" in the "My Orders" section. Select the relevant order and click on "Return a product".
Choose the item (s) to be returned, specify the quantity of item (s) returned as well as the reason for the return and validate. An explanatory email is automatically sent to you.
Print the attachments: insert the return voucher in your package and paste the correct carrier on your package.
Step 2 :
Prepare your package and drop it off :
- In the post office
- In your mailbox before 8:00 in the morning without forgetting to make a request on www.laposte.fr/retourbal
If you opt for a post office or a merchant of the La Poste network, do not forget to have the stamp or signature affixed. This proof of deposit will allow you to track the progress of your return.
YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE :
For deliveries outside metropolitan France: returns are at your expense as well as any customs taxes.
Step 1 :

Choose the item (s) to be returned, specify the quantity of item (s) returned as well as the reason for the return and validate. An explanatory email is automatically sent to you.

Step 2 :
Prepare your package and drop it off at a postal center.
Returns are to be declared in your customer area on the site, in the "Orders" section.
An e-mail with the return slip will then be sent to you and the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Company TARTINE ET CHOCOLAT informs that no refund can take place before having previously received and checked the conformity of the condition of the item (s) concerned by this request.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You have 14 clear days upon receipt of your order to return your package to us. Your Customer Service reminds you that all items must be returned to us in their original condition (product label included). Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for a credit note or a refund.

HOW TO GET A REFUND OR A CREDIT NOTE ON TARTINE-ET-CHOCOLAT.COM ?
As soon as your return is received in our warehouses, a credit note will be generated and refunded automatically to your account TARTINE ET CHOCOLAT.
This refund will be made by crediting your credit card or your Paypal account, at the latest within 7 working days from the receipt of the products.
However, if you wish to keep this amount in the form of a credit note on your Customer account TARTINE ET CHOCOLAT in order to use it as payment for a future order, you just need to inform your Customer Service as soon as possible. This credit note will be valid for 1 year from its date of issue. When you have a credit note and you place an order, it is automatically deducted from the amount to be paid.
By the way, TARTINE ET CHOCOLAT informs you that no credit note or refund can take place before having previously received and checked the conformity of the condition of the item (s) concerned by this request.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM YOUR ORDER ON TARTINE ET CHOCOLAT ?
We are not able to offer the exchange of items.
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, you must first return the items concerned by your request and then place a new order.
