Meeting with @Clara.Rocchia
This month we met Clara and Mikka, parents of Thelma, Pio and Lou. They welcomed us into their Parisian flat for a morning to discover their world and their summer favourites.

Could you introduce yourself in a few words?
I'm Clara, mother of Thelma, Pio and Lou, a fulfilled wife, Parisian, and passionate about travelling with the tribe.
Since the arrival of Lou and Pio, have you managed to find your new balance as a family of five?
The experience of parenthood with Thelma, our eldest, was invaluable and helped us realise that we would go through a few stages before finding a family balance. While we were overwhelmed with love for our children, the lack of sleep was a tough ordeal. To find balance: we took turns on night feeds so that one of us was always "in good shape" with Thelma. Luckily, Pio and Lou started nursery at 4 months old; we are thrilled with it, the staff is wonderful, allowing everyone to find their rhythm and place before reuniting at snack time. Since 2019, we have dedicated our Wednesday afternoons to Thelma so she can do activities that would be tricky with babies. We go away a lot on weekends and family trips to break away from logistics and the routine that can quickly set in. We also make time for date nights, because when the couple is at peace, the whole family finds balance.
What are your favourite kids-friendly hotels?
Villa Lena and its kids-friendly workshops with artists in the heart of Tuscany.
The Country Lodge to sleep in a cabin surrounded by nature, a green getaway with plenty of activities for children (games room, farm, swing, trampoline etc...)
Hotel Manon Les Suites in Copenhagen for its heated pool, ideal after a ride at Tivoli.
You work in PR, can you tell us a bit more about your job?
I am lucky to be extremely fulfilled professionally. For 4 years, I have been supporting restaurants and travel-related concepts with their communication. I have my own company, my own hours!
What is your favourite activity with Thelma?
What has been your most beautiful trip?
In 2017, our wedding in Tuscany. Mikka and I are in love with Italy, and we took the crazy gamble of bringing our loved ones to Italy for three days of celebrations. We had three incredible days. It is the country of our hearts.

Your favourites from the Spring-Summer 2019 collection?
Hard to choose! Luckily, I can now pick from the kid and baby, girl and boy collections!
I love the brick seersucker seahorse swimsuit for Pio and the sweatshirt will go perfectly with his beautiful blue eyes.
For Thelma, my favourite is a complete outfit: the dress "a twirling dress", I think it looks sublime accessorised with the pompom basket from the summer collection, glitter hair clips and the gold braided sandals.
For Lou, the chalk embroidered voile pinafore dress, a must-have for invitations to summer 2019 weddings, and the redcurrant two-tone gingham swimsuit, a real favourite!
A special memory with Thelma?
Her meeting with her brother and sister—I had to wait a week to experience it, Thelma was abroad on the day of the birth... The connection was immediate; it was very tender, caring, magical. I watch that video regularly. She naturally had the privilege of the very first meeting!
