WHAT DELIVERY METHOD IS OFFERED?
Tartine et Chocolat offers you different delivery methods (the stated times do not include preparation time):
• Colissimo: This transport method guarantees delivery of your parcel within 3 to 5 days for the sum of 6.90 euros, in mainland France and Monaco only, from dispatch thanks to La Poste and the Colissimo service (excluding order processing and preparation time). Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. The parcel is handled by La Poste and delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer. In the event of the Customer's absence upon delivery and if parcel dimensions allow, the postman will leave the parcel in the letterbox. Otherwise, a delivery notice will indicate to the Customer where to collect the parcel from the local post office within 15 days.
• Pick-up Point: This delivery method allows you to be delivered to one of the pick-up points in France and in certain European countries. The preparation and delivery costs to a pick-up point are 4.90 euros. The average delivery time to a pick-up point is 5 to 6 working days. You will be informed by email of the arrival of your parcel at the pick-up point; you have a period of 7 working days from the date the email is sent to collect your order, upon presentation of valid proof of identity. Upon expiry of this period, the parcel will be considered abandoned and can no longer be subject to any claim. The www.tartine-et-chocolat.com website will refund the Customer the amount of the products ordered based on the invoiced price, excluding delivery costs.
• Chronopost: This shipping method guarantees delivery of the parcel within 48 to 72 hours for the sum of 9.90 euros, in mainland France and Monaco only, from dispatch thanks to the Chronopost service (excluding order processing and preparation time). Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The parcel is handled by Chronopost and delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Parcel tracking is available on the www.chronopost.fr/suivi website using your parcel's consignment note number. In the event of absence during delivery, an SMS will be sent to you indicating where to collect your parcel at the nearest Relais Colis or Chronopost depot within 10 days. If not collected within the timeframe set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the sender. The www.tartine-et-chocolat.com website will refund the Customer the amount of the products ordered based on the invoiced price, excluding delivery costs.
• Colissimo International: This delivery method is reserved for European countries and allows delivery of your parcel within 3 to 8 working days from 7.90 euros. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. The parcel will be delivered against signature. In the event of absence during delivery, a delivery notice with the carrier's contact details will be left to arrange a new delivery.
Orders may be subject to potential taxes and customs fees of the destination country and will be payable by the customer.
• UPS: This delivery method (express delivery) is reserved for dispatching parcels to European countries with the exception of Cyprus from 12.90 euros. It allows the Customer to receive their parcel within 48h to 72h. Orders may be subject to potential taxes and customs fees of the destination country and will be payable by the customer.
• DHL: This delivery method is reserved for dispatching parcels to the United States and the United Kingdom. It allows delivery of your parcel within 3 to 5 working days from 15.90 euros. Orders may be subject to potential taxes and customs fees of the destination country and will be payable by the customer.
Furthermore, TC RETAIL informs its Customers that these delivery times do not include Sundays or public holidays. In the event of an order containing one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products, TC RETAIL will dispatch only the available products of the order and cancel and therefore refund the unavailable products. The customer service will then contact the Customer as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery costs on Tartine et Chocolat depend on your order and the chosen delivery method. For delivery in mainland France, delivery costs start from €4.90.
For delivery outside France, delivery costs start from €6.90.
Your delivery is free on orders over €200 (excluding furniture) with Colissimo without signature.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
You will receive an email from Customer Service informing you that your parcel has been dispatched. In this email, a tracking number will be provided so you can track the shipping progress of your parcel on your carrier's website.
HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Customer Service remains at your disposal for any further information from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays.
