HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Your order has been delivered in metropolitan France:

For deliveries in metropolitan France, returns are free of charge with the pre-filled Colissimo return slip available in your customer account.

Step 1:

Log in to your account on tartine-et-chocolat.com and go to your account in the “Orders” section. Select the order concerned and click on "Return a product".
Choose the item(s) to be returned, specify the quantity of item(s) returned as well as the reason for the return and confirm. An explanatory email is automatically sent to you.
Print the attachments: insert the return form in your package and stick the carrier label on your package.

Step 2:

Prepare your package and drop it off at:
- In a post office
- In your mailbox before 8am without forgetting to make a request on www.laposte.fr/retourbal
If you opt for a post office or a merchant in the La Poste network, do not forget to have the stamp or signature affixed. This proof of deposit will allow you to track your return.

Your order has been delivered outside metropolitan France:

The return charges are at your expense and are to be carried out by Colissimo only (includes dispatches by Mondial Relay).

Tick the items you wish to return on the return slip and attach this to your parcel, and then address your parcel, which is to be sent by post at the earliest opportunity, to the following address:

We recommend that you retain proof of dispatch in the event of a claim. If the problem is a delivery error on our part or a defective item has been received, please contact us: serviceclient@tartine-et-chocolat-boutique.com, specifying your order number.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your shipment. Customer Service reminds you that all items must be returned to us in their original state (product label included). Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for credit or refund.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE ON TARTINE-ET-CHOCOLAT.COM?

Once your return has been received at our warehouses, a credit will be generated and automatically refunded to your Tartine et Chocolat account.

This will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account at the latest 7 working days after receipt of the products.

However, if you wish to save this amount in the form of a credit to your Tartine et Chocolat customer account in order to use it against the payment of a future order, please inform Customer Services as quickly as possible. That credit will be valid for 1 year from its date of issue. Once you use a credit and place an order, this will be automatically deducted from the amount due.

Furthermore, Tartine et Chocolat would like to inform you that a credit or refund can only be made once the article(s) has/have been received and that all returned articles concerned have been checked and are fully compliant.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER AT TARTINE ET CHOCOLAT?

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, you first need to return the items in question and then place a new order.
