Tartine et chocolat takes you to discover the Musée Rodin
in the company of Marie, alias @marieinmay, and her daughter Jeanne, aged 6.
Awakening to art, discovering sculpture, greeting The Thinker, running through the garden, striking a pose in front of the artworks. So many ways to marvel and share a unique family moment, while dressing the children in outfits as elegant as they are comfortable for the occasion — such as our beautiful dresses ideal for strolling through museums, or our supple trousers perfect for running freely among the statues.

Museum visit

The tour of the collections begins upon entering the grand hall, where the monumental staircase unfolds.
The poetry of the place is immediately felt. This rotunda, one of the finest on the route, entirely decorated with 18th-century wood panelling,
offers a magical play of reflections in the antique mirrors and the warm golden hue of the aged parquet floors.

Further on, The Kiss in white marble exudes an enchanting romanticism.
On the first floor, the views over the sculpture garden offer a foretaste of the rest of the day, inspiring gentle strolls where our elegant jumpers and cardigans for the mid-season accompany every artistic discovery.

HANDS-ON VISIT

"Idle hands are the devil's workshop?" 

Rodin is certainly not the author of that saying. To the rhythm of mimes, games and nursery rhymes,
families let themselves be guided through the visit — "Hands at Work" — as the artworks reveal their secrets.
The living, expressive hand tells many a tale!
